I’ve been meaning to come on here and document our recent trip to Disneyland and Disney California Adventures. This was our first vacation as a family of four and with my family (my mom, older brother his family, and my younger brother). Most notibaly, it was our munchkins first time to Disneyland.
We were hesitant about going. In all reality, our baby was 8 months at the time and our son had just turned 3! What were we thinking?! Surely they would not be into it, at least not for the whole length of the vacation or for an entire day for that matter. We imagined tantrums because of fatigue and juggling two crying kids and the whole world falling apart.
Come back from the trip and now I know it was perfect for our family!!! Even Aila enjoyed the vacation. It was giddy inducing to see Jameson in wonder of everything around him. Aila stared and pointed and clapped at the parades and shows and on all the rides we took her on, which by theĀ way who knew that babies could go on so many rides at Disney? (Probably all the people out there with babies who are Disney fanatics!haha)…In Disneyland, some of the rides we took both kids on were all the Fantasyland rides except the Matterhorn, Ā Pirates of the Caribbean, Astro Blasters, Star Tours, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and the Jungle Cruise. We enjoyed a great dinner and celebrated my husbands, my son’s and my sister in law’s birthday at Ariel’s Grotto in Disney California Adventures. Just being in the parks was great stimulation for our kids. They enjoyed the sights, smells and sounds.
It was great! It was beautiful, it was magical and we made memories we will cherish forever- including our baby girl deciding to walk more than a few steps…I hope you enjoyed the pictures š
